Incase you havent tried Crest ProHealth Tarter protection mouth wash/rinse, here are a few things you may want to consider. After using this product a couple weeks I have notice a change in fresher breath and a smile I am no longer ashamed of. I have been using it twice a day and am a smoker. I love the after taste that does NOT burn my mouth like most others do to me. The bottle size is great for one or two people to use over a weeks time. The flavor is good and does not leave a foul taste in your mouth. In my opinion, I recommend this product to my friends and family. I will be switching to this product myself for good. A+++
